Overview
Stoke-on-Trent City Council is embarking on an ambitious and transformational capital programme, worth over £470M over a period of 5 years. This does not include the substantial investment which will be made by our partners (i.e. other public bodies across Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire). Delivering this programme will have an extensive requirement for professional services, so the Council is establishing this framework to allow access to the services it requires.
