PR-11056-PA Windows and Doors Long Term Contracts

PA Housing Limited are procuring their two long term contracts to deliver window and door replacements to properties owned and managed by PA Housing Limited. The works required by the contract include, but are not restricted to the following; 1. window replacements, 2. street entrance door replacements, and 3. the replacement of rainwater goods where UPVC is not currently installed.

The maximum term of the Contract will be seven years. There will be two regional lots located within London and the South East.
