Overview

The proposed works are located within BCC owned land located off Aston Hall Road, Aston, Birmingham approximately 3.5 km northeast of Birmingham City Centre.
The former JB Foods and Concentric site is currently in the ownership of the City Council. A contract has been let for the demolition of the existing buildings on site to slab level to create a clear marketable site which will be consolidated as part of phases 1 & 3.
