Additional details

This data will be available for the successful contractor. The BEIS Annual Review template for 2017/18 is at Appendix 2, as an example.

This will also require some sampling of historic clients to provide qualitative and quantitative data around quality and client satisfaction. Secondly, GBSLEP has a framework for quality and client satisfaction and the successful contractor will be expected to review this and offer suggestions for a robust framework, which meets the needs of BEIS and the LEP, moving forward.

They will then undertake the necessary sampling, analysis and reporting on a periodic basis (to be agreed but at most quarterly) for the Financial Year 2019-20. The current framework on quality and satisfaction is based on the BEIS metrics and evaluation and this is reproduced on the final page of the monthly GBSLEP Growth Hub KPIS and Performance Data Registration and use of in-tend is free.

All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function. If you are interested in tendering please click on the following link to access the Council's tender Portal:-. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc/ and submit your details to register as a bidder.
