Overview
Parties: Wolverhampton CCG, Wolverhampton Council, Royal Wolverhampton Trust, BCP FT, BCHT, CHP, BC STP. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to procure a business case partner to support the delivery of the new projects as outlined below.
This partner will develop the SOC & OBC considering an options appraisal as to the most appropriate procurement route. These works may include undertaking a PID and therefore we have outlined a specification for those works and an opportunity to price.
It should be noted that whilst this paper outlines the key criteria for the business plans it will still be encumberment on the chosen organisation to follow the 'five case model' as outlined by NHS England, where the facility is predominantly a health facility, and to gain approval from NHS England's Project Assessment Unit and/or another equivalent body, which is appropriate for the scheme. It should be noted that whilst the elements below outline the scope it is the responsibility of the tendering organisation to identify any additional areas which are required to deliver a fully considered business case which is approved by an appropriate body.
Additional details
It should be noted that any of the above noted bodies should be able to utilise the business case/s for their own internal approval.
