Overview
Norfolk County Council wishes to establish a framework agreement of suppliers for the hire of both operated and non-operated plant and associated equipment as detailed in this application. Successful applicants will be appointed to the framework agreement to provide these services in accordance with the service specification, together with the documents making up the Contract.
