Overview
The Authority is seeking to procure a fully managed Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT) and Broadcast Network Service to replace its current network services contract, which expires in June 2027. The procurement will deliver a modern Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) solution that supports Parliament's strategic objectives by providing secure, resilient, reliable and user-focused network services for Parliamentarians, their staff and the wider Parliamentary workforce, enabling the continued delivery of Parliamentary business and supporting future digital transformation.
The appointed Supplier will be responsible for the end-to-end design, transition, delivery, operation, support, monitoring, security, maintenance and continuous improvement of Parliament's integrated IT, Operational Technology (OT) and Broadcast Network Services environment. This includes full lifecycle ownership and management of all infrastructure, hardware, software, service assets and associated tooling necessary to deliver the Services.
The Authority is seeking a Supplier capable of delivering a secure, scalable and future-ready network environment that supports current operational requirements whilst enabling innovation, service evolution, automation and future technology transformation initiatives throughout the contract term. The Service Provider will be expected to deliver secure, resilient and high-performing network services aligned to the Authority's strategic direction, including the UK Parliament Technology Strategy.
