Full Description

Specification of work

TPR are looking for a delivery partner to support the reinforcement of people management processes and upskilling through and effective performance management sessions. With over 100 people managers across TPR, who are managing teams that are based across various locations and working patterns. It is critical to our strategic plans to ensure that TPR managers are empowered to manage their teams effectively, conducting conversations and managing performance effectively to support individual and team development. This piece of work starts with an effective performance management module, which will be verified through an onboarding session with the TPR HRBP team to ensure that they support the embedding.
