Information dissemination ? gathering and communicating a broad range of information on places to see and stay and what is happening in the city ? Selling tickets for the Curve, De Montfort Hall and attractions such as the King Richard III Visitor Centre, via an imbedded box office operation ?

The object of this commission is to revitalise the customer-facing areas of the centre to allow it to perform its work more efficiently ? with a key emphasis on increasing merchandise sales through the design and delivery of effective display and shop fittings.
