Additional details
As the spend falls above the light touch regime threshold the requirement is being advertised with this contract notice as per regulations but will be conducted under a light touch regime procurement process due to the type of services required. The contract will be awarded to a single provider.
There may be a requirement in the future to increase the client numbers of the contract. This would result from commissioning activities within the Council, the Birmingham Children's Trust or local Clinical Commissioning Groups.
Commissioning activities include, but are not limited to, identification of outcomes, identification of need and funding opportunities.
