P0254 - Cleaning Services for Temporary Accommodation and Communal Areas of Sheltered and Low Rise Accommodation

Birmingham City Council invites organisations to provide cleaning services for communal areas of sheltered housing blocks and low rise blocks and also for the cleaning of homeless disbursed temporary accommodation sites around the city. The Council is procuring the Framework Agreement for itself and for use by other contracting bodies referred to in the OJEU notice.

Further details will be included in the ITT document. The framework agreement is due to commence on 1st April 2018 and run for a period of two years with an option to extend for a further 12 months subject to requirements and satisfactory performance.

For this framework agreement the Council is using the Restricted Procurement Route and organisations will need to meet the requirements of the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) prior to being invited to tender.
