Dumfries and Galloway Council are seeking service providers to deliver high quality outreach housing support service to homeless households and individuals threatened with homelessness as prescribed within Section 32B of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 as included by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 and the Housing Support Services (Homelessness) (Scotland) Regulations 2012.
