Provision of Outpatient Pharmacy Services at Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust This is a Transparency - Intention to Award Notice - to inform market of the Relevant Authority's intention to Award a Contract under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, following the Most Suitable Provider process.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 and the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
