Orbit is looking to procure smart meter thermostats from a high quality provider that will deliver a productand service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Orbit. Tenderers are requested to study the specification documents in detail and ensure that the specified requirements can be met and thus understanding our requirements in order to price.
