The aim of the service is to provide short-term, non-clinical support to young people who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, isolation or other issues, and who may be disengaged from education and/or the community. The service will provide or support pathways to appropriate positive destinations, for example through their own services or through partner services in the local area.
Contact & helpdesk
