Project- Open early engagement - This means that a procurement idea is currently active, it is in the early stage of development and judging interest from potential providers. NHS England South (South Central) (the Commissioners) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced providers including third sector and social enterprise organisations, private and NHS to provide the NHS Diabetic Eye Screening Programme (NDESP) to patients living and registered in Bath & North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW).
