In order to ensure the Provider can manage Escort and Bed Watch Services in an effective and efficient manner and to protect the Provider against significant bed watch and escort costs that are out of their control, NHSE will include a risk share agreement scheme within the contract. The max total contract value = £40,866,539 inc escort & bed watches budget Additional information: The procurement has been carried out by SCW CSU on behalf of the Commissioners. The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77).
