- Supplier Engagement and Eligibility Notice
- The Council has made every reasonable effort to notify all suppliers appointed to Lot 3C of the National Framework for Mechanical and Electrical Solutions (AVP-CNTW-001) of this Further Competition opportunity. Suppliers were requested to register on the InTend e-tendering portal. Where suppliers successfully registered, they were added directly to this opportunity. Where the Council was unable to identify or locate supplier registration details, assistance was sought from both the Framework Provider, Pagabo, and Varsity Consulting, to ensure that all eligible suppliers were afforded the opportunity to participate. Where multiple suppliers with similar or substantially similar names were identified, all potentially relevant suppliers have been included to avoid the inadvertent exclusion of any eligible framework member. For the avoidance of doubt, only suppliers appointed to Lot 3C of the National Framework for Mechanical and Electrical Solutions (AVP-CNTW-001) are eligible to submit a tender in response to this Further Competition. Any tender submission from a supplier that is not an appointed member of the relevant framework lot will be deemed non-compliant and will not be considered.
