Upon reviewing the estimated contract value ranges issued in the OJEU notice it has become apparent that these did not reflect all elements of the budget. Therefore instead of: "Estimated contract spend between £350,000 and £562,900 across the initial 5 year contract term and between £562,900 and £1,069,500 across the total 10 years contract term if all extensions taken." In order to achieve best value through a fair and open competition, the council is therefore extending the tender return date for 30 days to Monday 23rd September at 14:00 and the tender clarification date to Friday 13th September at 14:00.
