NENC012 - Mental Health Support Teams services in Gateshead and Newcastle area for and on behalf of NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board. North East & North Cumbria Integrated Care Board are conducting a Request for Information (RFI) exercise in order to gain a better understanding of the capacity and appetite of the market to deliver Mental Health Support Teams within Gateshead and Newcastle area This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice.
The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
The process and award decision will be made by the Direct Commissioning Committee. It is important to note that this PIN/RFI is not a call for competition and as such potential providers will need to express an interest in any future competition opportunity once a contract notice is published on Find and Tender Service.
