Velindre University NHS Trust, in collaboration with the NHS Wales Joint Commissioning Committee, acting on behalf of the NHS Local Health Boards are seeking to establish an all-Wales framework consisting of six (6) Lots for the provision of services to Adults (18+) in Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Care Home / Care Homes with Nursing. The tender is split into the following lots: CMH - Care Home Mental Health CLD - Care Home Learning Disabilities CMHLD - Care Home Mental Health/Learning Disabilities CMH-N - Care Home Mental Health with Nursing CLD-N - Care Home Learning Disabilities with Nursing CMHLD-N - Care Home Mental Health/Learning Disabilities with Nursing No volume or value of the required services is guaranteed.
The estimated annual value for the Framework Agreement is circa 50m GBP. The framework will remain open to allow new applicants to apply to join on an annual basis.
The framework will commence on the 1st April 2027 and be in place for a period of eight (8) years until the 31st March 2035.
