North Yorkshire Police (NYP) are undertaking this Competitive Flexible Procedure to procure a Mobile Policing Solution which is provided under a fully managed Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The solution must provide secure, efficient, and reliable mobile access to core policing functions, supporting modern policing practices and complying with all relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
