Domestic cold water services including mains supply, boosted distribution, storage tank, booster set, pumps, conditioner, trace heating, leak detection and insulation 9. Water booster set located in the 'Strands vaults', provided as Part of Phase 1 is to be extended as part of Phase 2 works. 9.
Hot water plant and distribution pipework including insulation 10. Low temperature hot water (LTHW) heating systems 11.
Dry riser system 12. Water treatment, flushing & chlorination 13.
Specialist water treatment / humidification systems (RO plant) 14. Pipework insulation & trace heating 15.
Chilled water systems 16. Heat pump plant & associated infrastructure 17.
