Service Overview; Xperience the work placement team within Bradford Council are a small team of professionals established since 1999 to organise and co-ordinate work placements predominantly for young people aged 14-19 who attend schools across the Bradford District and West Yorkshire. To ensure students are able to work in a safe environment with tasks suitable and appropriate to their needs, they support employers as well as schools in their duty of care and legal obligations
