Overview
Lancashire County Council (LCC) and the Lancashire Enterprise Partnership (LEP) are currently working with the Careers and Enterprise Company to build a Lancashire Enterprise Adviser Network, building on a pilot which commenced in January 2016. LCC is seeking a delivery partner to work with the Lancashire Skills and Employment Board and the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub to establish and implement an Enterprise Adviser Network that spans Lancashire working with the Local Authorities, the HIVE business network and the Burnley Bondholders, as well as other local delivery organisations operating in the Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) space.
The purpose of the local Enterprise Adviser Network is to create powerful, lasting connections between local businesses and the schools and colleges in the area. LCC requires a delivery partner for the Enterprise Adviser Network to commence on 1st March 2017. Annual value is expected to be in the region of £150,000 for academic year 2016-2017 and £300,000 for academic year 2017-2018 (due to the increased requirements within the contract) - this is subject to funding approval as detailed in the ITT document.
