Overview
The plants, compost, fertiliser, and stakes & shelters is required for landscaping purposes along the new Penwortham By-Pass, Golden Way to the A59 Liverpool Road, Penwortham. The supplies will be delivered to the Highways Service, who will then commence planting during October 2019 through to March 2020.
The Authority proposes to enter into up to five contracts for these supplies. This is one contract per Lot.
Lot 2 will have a maximum lead time of 12 weeks. Tenderers who pass the first stage of evaluation (bid compliance, company information, mandatory and discretionary exclusion criteria, etc.) will then be assessed according to price (further details are provided in ITT Appendix 2).
