London and Quadrant Housing Trust - Aftercare, Disrepair and Reactive Repairs Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)

As one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the UK, housing over 250,000 people in more than 95,000 homes, primarily across London, South East and North West of England. London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) and its subsidiary Quadrant Construction Services (QCS) are seeking Contractors for the provision of responsive maintenance but also for specific requirements in areas like disrepair.

We are looking for suitable contractors to join our DPS which covers all works to be undertaken under typical Responsive Maintenance and Void Works for both our social housing stock but also our self delivered new build projects. The objective of this DPS is to create an approved supplier list under which quick quotes and mini competition can be run.

You must have and maintain: Constructionline Gold Have a sufficient credit score of at least 42 with CreditSafe - https://www.creditsafe.com/ Have the correct insurance levels (as per your choice of Lot) This is being carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 relating to the procurement of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for works.

The DPS is open to Admitted Suppliers throughout the period of validity and applicants can apply and reapply at any time during this period. "Admitted Supplier" means a supplier who has met the DPS admission criteria set out in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (SQ) and has been registered on the DPS for one or more product categories.

Suppliers may be submitted for evaluation and potentially, admission to the DPS at any time throughout the period of validity. Suppliers who have been unsuccessful in meeting the criteria to become an "Admitted Supplier" may re-submit another, revised SSQ at any time.
