Overview
Local Pharmaceutical Service (LPS) — Dudley Priory. These Services are provided under section 41 of the National Health Service Act 1977 (Arrangements for Pharmaceutical Services) or by virtue of section 41A of the Act (Arrangements for providing additional Pharmaceutical Services, other than Practioner Dispensing Services).
The service has been provided since March 2007 by a non-profit making organisation and the current contract expires at the end of October 2015. NHS England is inviting Expressions of interest from providers with a proven track record in the provision of LPS services in comparable communities.
