The Framework Agreement will reflect the Council’s operational requirements and geographical spread and will comprise the following Lots: Lot 1 – Lift Service and Maintenance (East) Lot 2 – Lift Service and Maintenance (West) Lot 3 – Lift Installation (Citywide) Lot 4 – Stairlift Installation and Maintenance (Citywide) Multiple Contractors will be appointed to the Framework Agreement to ensure resilience, capacity, and flexibility in service delivery.
