Full Description
As part of the approved ICT Capital Strategy, Lancashire Constabulary is replacing its existing enterprise telephony platform, modernising supporting trunk lines, and securing improved call tariffs. The objective is to transform much of the existing telephony services by procurement of a robust, state-of-the-art telecoms service that will be implemented without undue impact to telephony users.
