Slough Borough Council Public Health Team wants to engage providers on the forthcoming 0-19/25's Integrated Public Health Service. The Health and Social Care Act 2012 requires councils to provide mandated 0-5 services and 5-19 services in accordance with the Healthy Child Programme - a universal and targeted programme for every child in England.
