- Greater assistance with complex claims (e.g. Subsidence claims)
- To ensure we receive maximum benefit from the new programme (Cover enhancements, insurer training etc)
- Help with process reviews
- Assistance with new leasehold legislation (from an insurance perspective)
- Greater reporting requirements into ELT, Board, ARC
- Claims trend analysis
- Holistic risk management work
- Renewal assistance
- Flood / Storm mapping for insurance purposes
- Help creating strategies for evolving risks (EV's, solar panels) etc
- Assistance with renewal alternatives if/where required
- Support to the property team, with their strive to increase the level of detail they provide to insurers
