Overview
Southend on Sea Borough Council wish to appoint a contractor for the installation of a Bio Mass Boiler system at Temple Sutton Primary School, Southend on Sea. The project involves the following:- • Supply and install 200KWth Bio Mass chip boiler; cabin solution for plant only over a semi submerged concrete boiler house.
Within the basement erect pellet a store a complete with vertical Auger fuel feed. Interface and connect with existing boiler plant and BMS.
Test and commission. • Works are anticipated to commence on 23rd July 2015 and complete on 28th August 2015. The clients requirements (room data sheets, specification, drawings and pricing document) will be issued to all tendering contractors and the contract will be let under JCT Minor Works with Design 2011.
