Overview
Under the Procurement Act 2023, YPO is undertaking preliminary market engagement in preparation for the re-procurement of Framework 1155 Indoor & Outdoor Bins. The current framework provides public sector organisations with access to a range of indoor and outdoor bins, recycling stations, litter bins and associated waste receptacle products.
The purpose of this exercise is to gather supplier feedback and market intelligence to inform the replacement framework. YPO is seeking feedback on: - Current market conditions and trends. - Product developments and innovation. - Sustainability and environmental considerations. - Relevant legislative and regulatory changes. - Commercial arrangements and pricing approaches. - Customer requirements and product availability.
The outcomes of this engagement will be used to support the development of a replacement framework that continues to meet the needs of public sector customers while reflecting current market conditions and best practice.
