Overview
This project is to perform micro-array based genotyping of approximately 1800 DNA samples. Lot 1 – Supply DNA Microarray Consumables: Microarrays that provide a genome wide “backbone” for a genome wide association study (GWAS) and exome genotype coverage of 1800 samples.
This should not exceed £45,830 (excluding VAT) in value. This should not exceed £17,500 (excluding VAT) in value.
