Works to be purchased Swindon Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a Stock Condition Survey of the Council Housing Stock and prepare a Program Plan for the stock. Scope of Goods/Services/Works The work required under this contract relates to the provision of a Stock Condition Survey to a sample of properties within the Swindon Borough Council housing stock.
Full details relating to the requirements are provided in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document: Other Information The evaluation of tenders will be based on 70% total price and 30% quality. Contract Period The contract will be for a period of 7 months commencing 1 September 2015.
