Homes England is issuing this pipeline notice for a potential works contract for the construction of a 2 form of entry Primary School including SEND capacity at Brookleigh. The new Brookleigh Primary School will consist of a two-form entry (2FE) school, offering a basic capacity of approximately 420 pupil places.
