LOTS 2-6- BACKGROUND INFORMATION Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (BwDBC) is looking to award a Contract for the Cutting of grass on the public highways / landscapes within the borough. The exact locations of grass to be cut will be agreed with the Councils Nominated Officer prior to each cut; as these may alter slightly from time to time, due to road works or other construction activity which could reduce the required meterage.
