Overview
This Framework Agreement is established by the Contracting Authorities (Gwynedd Council and Isle of Anglesey County Council) in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and the NEC4 Framework Contract. The Framework provides a compliant mechanism for the delivery of routine, reactive and emergency maintenance of structures and coastal assets within the Authority’s jurisdiction.
