Overview
Southampton City Council (SCC) have a requirement for several areas within the local authority to undergo surfacing improvement works. All contractors must first register their interest in attending the site visits.
This registered list will be provided to administrate the site visits. ONLY COMPANIES WHO REGISTER THEIR INTENT TO ATTEND THE SITE VISITS, AND ARE SUBSEQUENTLY CONFIRMED AS BEING IN ATTENDANCE DURING THE VISIT, WILL BE INVITED TO SUBMIT THEIR PROPOSALS.
Please note that there is no pricing schedule attached at this stage, and this will be provided only to those companies invited to stage 2 of the process. The Council undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information provided in the proposal submitted, subject to the Council's obligations under law, including the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
