Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking information from suppliers on digital solutions to support the booking and management of grassroots football pitches. The Council currently manages and maintains approximately 35 football pitches used by grassroots football clubs across the county borough.The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to better understand the solutions available within the market, including indicative costs, functionality, implementation approaches and timescales.Suppliers are invited to provide information on systems that can deliver, but are not limited to, the following features:Online booking of football pitches.Online payments at the point of booking.Functionality to improve operational visibility and efficiency.Management of both casual and block bookings.Season ticket or subscription-style arrangements for regular users.Real-time visibility of pitch availability and bookings.Centralised booking management, including the ability to restrict how far in advance pitches can be booked.Suppliers are encouraged to provide:An overview of their solution and key functionality.Examples of similar implementations and relevant experience.Indicative costs and licensing models, where available.Typical implementation timescales and support arrangements.Please note that the value shown on this notice is indicative only.
