THE FOLLOWING IS TO BE PROVIDED WITH YOUR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: * CONFIRMATION OF ISO 9001 ACCREDITATION * CONFIRMATION THAT THE ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE CONTRACT EQUATES TO NO MORE THAN 40% OF ANNUAL TURNOVER FOR GOODS OF A SIMILAR NATURE. * A STATEMENT COVERING THE TWO PREVIOUS FINANCIAL YEARS OF: (i) THE OVERALL BUSINESS TURNOVER AND (2) TURNOVER IN RESPECT OF GOODS THAT ARE SIMILAR TO THE REQUIREMENT . * THE MIMIMUM STANDARD TO DEMONSTRATE, TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE AUTHORITY, IS THAT THE ECONOMIC OPERATOR HAS THE ABILITY TO PERFORM THE CONTRACT BY PROVIDING DECLARATIONS THAT THE ECONOMIC OPERATOR HAS SATISFACTORILY PERFORMED TWO CONTRACTS OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS THAT ARE SIMILAR IN NATURE,SCALE & COMPLEXITY TO THIS REQUIREMENT. *TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. CONFIRM HOW DELIVERY OF THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE ACHIEVED WITHIN A 6 WEEK TIME-FRAME FROM AWARD OF CONTRACT.
