Overview
Suitable suppliers are invited to submit a tender bid for the Provision of all Trust Surveys ( excluding Staff surveys) . Contract period will be for 3 years with 2 x 12 optional extensions.
The tender is divided into 2 lots . Lot 1 is for General Patient Surveys and Lot 2 is for National Patient Surveys .
Please note suppliers will need to be on the CQC approved contractors list in order to bid for LOT 2 ONLY. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
