The service contract for the EVO50 Scanning Electron Microscope including Oxford Instruments INCA EDX with X-Max80 Silicon Drift Detector shall include labour, travel, replacement parts as required (excluding consumable items unless replaced during routine maintenance). 2. The service contract shall include two preventative maintenance visits during a one year contract period: one full preventative maintenance visit and one oil change and system check. 3. The service contract shall include emergency call-out repair service with a response of 48 hours to include labour and travel.
