Overview
West Sussex County Council is organising Market Engagement for the requirement of providing a Gambling Lived Experience Action Group. This project will deliver feedback forums with individuals living in West Sussex who are currently experiencing or have recently experienced (within the past three years), gambling-related harm.
This includes people who have gambled themselves, as well as family members or friends affected by someone else’s gambling. Participants may or may not have received formal treatment or support.
These forums will provide information to West Sussex County Council (WSCC) Public Health for a Gambling Harms Needs Assessment. They will help to understand the scale and impact of gambling-related harm and inform the development of a coordinated local prevention response.
