Milton Keynes City Council (“the Council”) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced organisations able to provide a fully managed, turnkey and redeployable Average Speed Road Safety Intelligence Service. The service shall be collaborative and capable of adapting to changing Council requirements. The Expression of Interest (EOI) is being conducted for market assessment purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition, invitation to tender, commitment to procure or promise of any future contract award.
