Overview
The City of Doncaster Council (CDC) Housing Adaptations Team is seeking to establish a Framework of Contractors to support us to deliver our Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) housing adaptations alongside Public Buildings Maintenance (PBM) who already deliver our St Leger Homes of Doncaster (SLHD) adaptations. It is intended to appoint a number of Contractors to each lot on the Framework who will be available for call off as required.
There are nine lots that are covered by the Framework and Contractors with suitable knowledge and experience are invited to apply for one or more lots. Lots one, five six and seven are further broken down into several elements Contractors do not have to be able to provide each element of the lot.
You are asked in Section Three Part B, Quality Submission to identify which elements you are able to provide. Lot One: Minor Adaptations - supply, installation, commissioning, testing, and completion of minor adaptations tailored to the needs of individuals, enabling them to regain independence or return home from hospital sooner.

Lot Three: Kitchen Adaptations – adjustments to existing kitchen or full kitchen redesigns to improve accessibility, safety, and usability. Lot Four: Housing Adaptations - minor adjustments or significant internal layout changes to improve accessibility, safety, and usability.
