Framework Contract for Management and Removal of Asbestos to the Bernicia Group

The Bernicia Group is required to maintain and manage information on asbestos containing materials within Bernicia Homes own property portfolio and as managing agents to privately owned flats through Kingston Property Services. Bernicia are looking to put a Framework Contract in place for the Group to include, but not be restricted to the following: asbestos surveying / sampling, air monitoring, re-inspections and training services and non-licensed and licensed asbestos removal including remedial works.

While potential companies may submit bids for both lots, due to asbestos regulations, the same company cannot be awarded both lots. At tender stage, one company will be awarded per each lot.

Additional information: The PQQ and tender will be accessed via the Bernicia Groups e-procurement portal - www.housingprocurement.com. Contractors and Suppliers who require to be considered for this framework contract must register their expression of interest through the housing procurement portal.
