Overview
Staffordshire County Council (SCC) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Office, Educational and Library Furniture, reference IA3675. The Framework Agreement shall comprise of 3 Lots.
The strategic aim for this procurement is to establish a single framework agreement split into three separate lots. One for Educational Furniture, a second for Office Furniture and the third for Library Furniture.
Staffordshire County Council (SCC) wishes to contract with suitable suppliers who can supply and install the required products for each lot at the best value to the County Council. Provision of general office furniture and associated services (including but not limited to office seating, desking, tables, desk screens, monitor arms, storage and accessories).

This lot is for the supply, delivery and installation of office furniture including but not limited to; desks, chairs, pedestals, tambour units and meeting room furniture to Staffordshire County Council and other Customers via call-off contracts under a Framework Agreement. The customer base comprises of approximately 1,800 ordering and delivery points.
Provision of educational furniture and associated services (including but not limited to tables, chairs, soft seating, book storage, dining room furniture and outside furniture & equipment) in line with schools' requirements. This lot is for the supply, delivery and Installation of educational furniture, apparatus and equipment to educational establishments which includes but is not limited to; desks, chairs, pedestals, tambour units, meeting room furniture and first aid equipment on an ad hoc basis as and when required by the County Council, Schools and Academies in Staffordshire.
The educational lot should also cater for school apparatus such as but not limited to Bunsen Burners, sports equipment (netballs, rugby balls), Dining Room Furniture, library furniture and playground equipment. Provision of library furniture and associated services inc. full design service.
This lot is for the supply, delivery and installation of Library Furniture to Staffordshire County Council, Schools and Academies, via call-off contracts under a Framework Agreement. The lot includes for ● Management of specific library re-fit, or a programme of library re-fits. ● Design of new internal library layout with an innovative design solution. ● Supply of goods, i.e. furniture and fittings, etc. ● Installation of goods, i.e. furniture and fittings, etc. ● Advise on signage and graphics for refitted library ● After sales support ● Training on the use of supplied goods, where necessary
