Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to receive quotations from suitably qualified bidders for a Framework Agreement for Specialist Consultants for the ERDF Funded Liverpool City Region Integrated Business Support Programme. Please note that this opportunity is subject to ERDF funding approval – the funding announcement is expected early 2016.
The framework agreement will be for up to 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 month subject to a programme extension. The framework is expected to commence on approximately the 1st June 2016 to the 31st May 2019, this will be subject to the council receiving a formal contract to deliver the programme.
